How can I place an order?
Knives SARACEN® can be ordered online through our official e-shop.
How long does delivery take?
The goods usually arrive within 2–3 days after the order is placed, depending on the selected shipping method.
What are the shipping and payment options?
You can choose GLS or Zásilkovna for delivery — either directly to your address or to a pick-up point. Payment can be made by card or via bank transfer using a QR code.
Can I pick up the goods in person?
Yes. Personal pickup is possible by prior phone arrangement at +420 605 258 288 , at the following address: IQ Tools s.r.o., Bílá 98, 739 15 Bílá, Czech Republic.
How can I check the status of my order?
We will notify you by email about every update to your order. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you can track your shipment using the tracking number.
Can I return the goods? Under what conditions?
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How can I make a product complaint?

Will I receive an invoice / tax document with my purchase?
Yes, an invoice (tax document) is issued for every purchase.
What materials are used for the SARACEN®, SARACEN® Eclipse, and SARACEN® PRO products?
They are made from premium Damascus steel of the highest quality (Damascus 10Cr15CoMov – an enhanced version of 10CR‑TY‑DV10, 67 layers). Some models feature a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating for exceptional hardness and durability. The SARACEN® Basic 197 model is made from high-quality steel 9Cr18MoV.
Is the product dishwasher safe?
No. Like all high-quality knives, it is intended for hand washing only.
How should I properly care for the product?
- After use, wash and dry the knife by hand.
- Do not use a dishwasher, aggressive cleaning agents, or acids.
- Use only for cutting food, protect it from drops, and do not scrape with the blade edge.
- It is not intended for cutting bones or frozen foods.
- We recommend reading the user manual before use.
Does the product come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a two-year warranty.
Where is the product manufactured?
Knives SARACEN® come from the renowned city of Yangjiang (China) – the cradle of knife-making with a tradition spanning over 1,400 years. The local craftsmanship and know-how are also utilized by renowned Japanese brands.
Can I place an order as a company?
Yes. Simply enter your company billing details when placing the order.
