Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

  • Buyer: A natural or legal person who concludes a purchase contract through the online store.
  • All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code.

2. Ordering Goods

  • An order is considered binding at the moment it is confirmed by the seller.
  • The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in case of product unavailability.

3. Price and Payment Terms

  • The product price is listed on the online store website and is valid at the time of ordering.
  • The purchase price can be paid by:
    • Bank transfer
    • QR Code
    • Cash on delivery
    • Credit or debit card online
  • The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Goods are shipped via contracted carriers to the address provided by the buyer.
  • The delivery period is usually 2–5 working days.
  • Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check its condition and immediately inform the carrier in case of any damage.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Claims

  • The buyer has the right to make a complaint if a defect appears in the goods, within the statutory period of 24 months from the date of receipt.
  • The complaint must be submitted in writing to the email address info@emysaracen.com or by mail to the seller’s address.
  • The seller will decide on the complaint no later than 30 days from its receipt.

7. Final Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions are valid from December 11, 2024.
  • The seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time, with the current version always available on the website.
  • In the event of a dispute, the parties have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
