Return of Goods<\/h3><p>If you wish to return goods, please follow these steps:<\/p><ul><li>Contact us by email at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@mysaracen.com\">info@mysaracen.com<\/a><\/strong> nebo telefonicky na \u010d\u00edsle <strong>+420 606 616 060.<\/strong><\/li><li>You may return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.<\/li><li>Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.<\/li><li>The shipment must include a copy of the invoice and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysaracen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Formular-pro-reklamaci-zbozi.docx.pdf\">a completed withdrawal form.<\/a> (the withdrawal form, if provided).<\/li><li>The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><\/ul><h3>2. Claims regarding Goods<\/h3><p>If the goods are defective, you may submit a complaint by following this procedure:<\/p><ul><li>Contact us by email at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@mysaracen.com\">info@mysaracen.com<\/a><\/strong> nebo telefonicky na \u010d\u00edsle <strong>+420 606 616 060.<\/strong><\/li><li>In your email, provide a description of the defect, the order number, and attach a photo of the defective product (if possible).<\/li><li>Send the goods to the following address: B\u00edl\u00e1 98, 739 15 B\u00edl\u00e1.<\/li><li>The returned goods must be clean, complete, and properly packaged to prevent further damage during transport.<\/li><li>The seller will assess the complaint no later than 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods.<\/li><\/ul><h3>3. Complaints and Warranty<\/h3><ul><li>All goods are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.<\/li><li>The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use or defects resulting from improper use or mishandling.<\/li><\/ul><h3>4. How are complaints handled?<\/h3><ul><li>Upon receipt of the goods, we will inform you that your complaint has been received.<\/li><li>We will resolve the complaint no later than 30 days from its receipt.<\/li><li>In the case of a justified complaint, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or a refund.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5.
